i'm honest so you should be honest

My name is Grace. I'm a third-year undergrad student studying business. You can learn more about me through future posts. I started this blog after a chat about vulnerability. I think everyone should be more vulnerable. Not only does it create a space to connect with others, it also helps you. You shouldn't feel disgusted to be you, or to be embarrassed about your struggles, or to be scared about getting help. BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF. If you put on a show and live a lie you'll attract people who want that lie which will continue to suffocate you. If you are yourself you will attract people who can help you flourish.
